What we need
  • Ready-to-publish copy for a volunteer manual
  • Review of current volunteer manual and suggestions for updates to be made
    *Note: For a designed version of the manual, post our Print Materials Design project once you've finalized copy and content
What we have in place
  • We currently have voluteer application and committment form and voluteer coord, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have voluteer coordinator, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to GFMMM will utilize the dollars saved to provide more meals, hygiene packets additional community resources

Provide clear expectations to volunteer staff, so they understand GFMMM's goals, mission and vision. Also understand how there role support the overall organization.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with existing Volunteer Manual (if applicable) and internal communications regarding volunteer program and policies

  • Professional reviews existing program materials and goals for volunteer participation, and asks clarifying questions
  • Volunteer Manager provides additional goals for program and volunteer engagement, as needed
  • Professional suggests new policies or areas that should be addressed and included, as needed
