What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans

We will need guidance in developing a viable compensation plan and policy going forward.
We also need to examine staffing levels on the administrative side of the organization
What we have in place
- We currently have personnel files, a dubious salary structure and a bare bones, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to other institutions, CPI data and job descriptions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $28,086 , allowing us to be more competitive with other organizations in this same space; bring much needed structure to the HR function; ensure competitiveness & internal equity; help to attract and retain top tier-talent.
It will help us to bring more structure to the compensation process and help in defining an overall compensation policy.
We need to determine if our compensation package, cash and non-cash, will put UNITY in a leadership role in the local social services landscape, in the middle of the pack or in a less proactive and less competitive position.
The organization has never had a formalized compensation plan. We want to be competitive and have internal equity.
