What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have currently launched a paid high school student internship program and we are now finding out that we need to create a handbook for them.

What we have in place
  • We currently have student interns to engage in the process, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Lived experiences, informal documents, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to Reallocate the funds toward hiring more student interns

Our high school interns deserve the best and most relevant work experience that we can give them and we are finding out though trial and error that we can not be effective without a handbook to lay out and define the learning experience and structure for our interns and the program overall
