What we need
- Implementation of Tech Systems Review or equivalent technology systems plan
Additional details
We host respite events for individuals with special needs and have name tags printed for each guest with all the important info - name, emergency contact info, special instructions, etc. We are looking to build a simple tool that can convert a .csv file into an Avery template name tag using Word or Excel.
What we have in place
- We currently have an example of the input .csv file, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an example of the output .pdf name tag file, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,926 , allowing us to invest more into our respite events and update our sports and karaoke equipment when needed.
Currently our Site Director create the name tags manually importing into Avery's template creator, however, some of our Site Directors are not tech savvy and greatly struggle with this process. We are hoping to make this simpler on them so they can focus more on communicating with the families of our members with special needs.
