Membership Strategy
Membership Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A Membership Strategy document that includes a step-by-step guide to a new and improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies.
- The Membership Strategy (and tactics) should address the different types of memberships: Individual, Organization and Affiliate
What we have in place
- We currently have a database and motivated staff, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have in house creative / marketing / programming, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to provide member benefits to 40 rural or economically depressed towns that are struggling with abandoned and polluted sites.
The Association is designed to be member-driven and member-focused. We want people (and organizations) to join ARI and have a positive impact through responsible and sustainable initiatives that aim to maximize value -- economic, social and environmental.
ARI promotes the redevelopment of blighted and underutilized properties through collaborative and accountable market-driven solutions. We accomplish our mission through initiatives that are designed to uncover potential opportunities, build relationships and facilitate peer-to-peer networking among the many diverse stakeholders.
This project is critical to our success because we aim to be 100% funded by member dues.
