What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We need a one-minute video that introduces our organization briefly, but then also covers in detail voting with disability in Minnesota. We have already recorded content, including accessible content/content with ASL interpretation. We need to have this video edited no later than July 10, 2021.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an hour of accessible video content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have copy at the ready, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to focus on serving as many voters with disabilities as possible

This project will be essential to spreading word about our organization and about voting with disability in Minnesota this year and every year.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
