  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy
  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts

We have recently shifted from an organization that does scholarship fundraising to an organization that provides programming around college-going culture and awards a scholarship. We are also redeveloping our marketing to reach K-12 students, teachers, parents and families, and college students to encourage using the scholarship and achieving a degree at our local community college. We have materials, a branded logo, goals, and a small volunteer marketing team with expertise, but need a plan.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a brand logo, social media (FB/Insta), a $5K budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 1 FT staff person, and two marketing team partners, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to support more educational activities, award more scholarships and limit the funds expended on administrative costs that would be awarded to an outside company contract.

Our organization recently went through strategic planning to map out org structure, goals and objectives, and now we need to revamp our marketing to help achieve those goals and objectives. One of the major shifts in our org structure, which consists of board, several committees and one staff person, is that our marketing team, which was volunteers, is now doing volunteer recruitment and training, and we shifted marketing to staff and 2 community partners with marketing expertise.
