We want to survey employees to assess their satisfaction levels and feedback
What we have in place
- We currently have staff lists, position descriptions and an org chart, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff manual, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to invest that money back into our staff in a manner that is appropriate following the findings of this project.
This project was one of the strategic projects that we wanted to conduct this year but couldn't prioritise because we do not have the operational capacity to undertake it.

UJEB's principal purpose is to provide the highest quality formal and informal Jewish education to learners outside the Jewish day school system to strengthen Jewish continuity, identity and involvement.
