What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We are looking to create a "day in a life of a volunteer" video. The video style shown here is an example of what we are going for: https://tinyurl.com/4872ekc8 We are hoping to have it done in a couple of weeks so we are looking for someone with an ability to do a quick turn around time. All of our raw footage is already compiled, all we need is the "day in the life" video compiled from the footage, and we can record a narration for it.

What we have in place
  • We currently have all of the raw footage together with an outline, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an example video to showcase the style of our end goal, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to deliver our services to the children in need, where we can serve one more child for every $5. Our organization helps bring magic to the lives of the medically vulnerable children who need it most.

This video will help promote our organization to new potential volunteers, sponsors, and families as outreach.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

Our mission

A Moment of Magic Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides medically vulnerable children with creative programming, outlets, and support to foster imagination, friendship, and hope through our college-student volunteers.

We provide a variety of services to children with medical vulnerabilities, all at no cost. We focus on bringing creative play through arts, crafts, music, and literature to children in hospitals, their homes, or remotely via technology.
