What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

We are after a creative guru wanting to support an exciting new not-for-profit to brainstorm and create merchandise for us to sell as additional revenue to our business. We are excited to explore t-shirts, aprons, hats and any other awesome ideas our guru may have!

  • We currently have branding, logo's, energy and excitement which should make it easy for you to get started.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to provide meaningful, sustainable, paid employment for an individual with a disability for another 217 hours.

We are committed and dedicated to sparking a movement where every community member see's and understands the importance of hiring individuals with disabilities in the community. We want our name, our branding, our identity and our mission to be seen and celebrated outside of the walls of our own organisation and in the wider world.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications

Our mission

All Things Equal is a fresh take on the typical cafe in Melbourne, providing purposeful employment for people with and without disability in a 'mainstream' work environment.

We believe all people should be able to find a self-sustaining purpose in life, allowing everyone to contribute to society in a meaningful way, and maintain a sustainable income, regardless of having a disability or not.

At All Things Equal, we celebrate people just as they are; this is the very foundation of our vision.
