What we need
- Setup of selected accounting software (e.g. Aplos, Araize)
- Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports

We have premier nonprofit 2021 quickbooks currently, but it was set up a long time ago as a business instead of a nonprofit and doesn't meet the current needs of the library. We would like to reorganize the system to meet the library's and the state's budgeting process.
What we have in place
- We currently have premier nonprofit 2021 quickbooks, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our quickbooks already set up, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,409 , allowing us to focus our limited revenue on programming and materials to the residents of Hesperia while also ensuring that we remain fiscally responsible with their tax funds.
This project would allow us to continue to meet the information needs of a small, rural Michigan village and surrounding areas, which includes preschool storytime, summer reading, and a host of other activities to inform and entertain the residents of Hesperia.
