- A detailed, unbiased audit of the Organization's culture including current strengths and areas of improvement
- Actionable steps to promote team happiness and productivity

We have not yet done a survey with staff on this subject. We did do a lot of surveying during COVID, but not on this org. We are a small staff and growing with 16 people, of which 5 are new in the last 18 months.
What we have in place
- We currently have a strategic plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have COVID work surveys from the last 16 months, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to keep our operational costs low so we can put every dollar raised towards grants in the community.
I have been the CEO for 3 years now and we are growing with new staff members. I want to finally shift to the new culture for a few former staff members and be able to articulate our new culture. We also have a new racial equity strategy for the the organization and want to set some new staff values as a group.

Essex County Community Foundation inspires philanthropy that strengthens the communities of Essex County by managing charitable assets, strengthening and supporting nonprofits, and engaging in strategic community leadership initiatives. Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life in the 34 towns and cities of Essex County.
