What we need
- Assessment of current donors, volunteers, beneficiaries and other constituents to pinpoint people who are interested in serving your Organization
- Informal staff and board interviews to survey potential connections and/or leads
- A document of up to ten pages that lists potential board members based upon your Organization's data and current audiences
- Note: The Professional will not be communicating with prospective board members.
Additional details
We have 6 open board seats on a board of 15. Our current board is fine, but we have some definite skill needs that we are not addressing: legal, finance, fundraising are the key three.
What we have in place
- We currently have a small organization and very clear goals and needs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have good donor dats from 2020, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,198 , allowing us to expand our offerings.
Creative 360 will be able to create a good, working strategic plan with the right Board. This will get us appropriately set up for another 25 years of serving our community.
