Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details

We currently use a salary grade system that was updated 2 years ago. We have a starting point but need to update due to market changes and slot new jobs.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a salary administration plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have job descriptions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to ensure we pay competitive rates in our field which will result in providing quality services to our patients.

I would like to complete this project over the next two months.
