What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

Purpose to provide civic literacy training the residents in Highland Park MI.

What we have in place
  • We currently have video footage, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a script, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to get an audit of our financial accounting system.

This project will help our organization complete a project that fulfills our mission.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

Our mission

The B.A.S.S., Inc. mission is to help residents in low-income communities build upon their assets, create economic opportunity, turn abandoned houses into affordable homes, and develop youth leaders.

What we do

1. Operate a business/salon incubator.
2. Acquire, renovate, rent and manage abandoned houses.
3. Provide affordable housing for individuals and families transitioning from homelessness.
4. Facilitate My Brother's Keeper and My Sister's Keeper youth mentoring programs.
