Social Media Content Calendar

Project Details

What We Need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional Details

Infinity is introducing a new 12-week fundraising event for the summer, and would like to create a targeted social media campaign for Facebook and Instagram specific to that event.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have all information re: the upcoming event, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a graphic, poster design, and color scheme, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to continue to rebuilding music and art education programs and classes for young people at the Infinity Center.

We believe in the power of community, and know that as our region begins to recover from COVID-19 the arts will play an important role. This event will build recognition of Infinity, increasing our student enrollment, and raising funds to support current and upcoming programming for young people in our community who will greatly benefit from the healing power of the arts.

Project Plan

Prep: Audit & Planning
  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency
Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
