What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
We are looking for someone who can compare our salaries with external sources, e.g. job listings, others in our field, and salary surveys. We have a detailed salary range document with descriptions but not salary amounts that we wish populate.
What we have in place
- We currently have salary range descriptions and compensation philosophy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to one salary survey, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to implement other high value personnel initiatives including justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion work.
It is important to us to retain staff and we view salary as a primary component to do that.
