Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We do not currently have an employee handbook. We are looking for the development of something fairly basic that will meet our current needs but will lend to changes/additions in the future as staffing potentially grows. This Foundation is very new with the CEO only being in full time position for 1 month.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an outline of basic expectations and policy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to fund more community projects for non-profits.

As a Foundation that has formed very quickly after a generous gift we have had to move forward with many moving pieces with a small staff. While this is the case we want to make sure we are both viable and complete in our HR needs and this means starting with an Employee Handbook.
