Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
Hello! Thank you for your consideration of this project. Our latest iteration of an employee handbook was created with a typewriter, so our handbook is in a desperate need of an update. I'd like to build the new handbook from ground zero.
We are a nonprofit in Kansas City, MO, and our services include early education, refugee resettlement, youth services, and social services. We have both hourly and salaried employee.
What we have in place
- We currently have incredible commitment to improve our investments in staff, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have direct access to executive leadership, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to reallocate costs towards responding to the needs of children, youth, and families in Kansas City.
It is a new day of investing in our staff. We need to honor their commitment to our agency by providing strong and clear policies. This handbook will reinforce our identity, our vision for Kansas City, and provide clarity on how we work together.
