What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

The purpose of the video would be to inform people about the impact of the program - both to potential future families who could benefit from the program and to potential donors or volunteers from the community.

What we have in place
  • We currently have video files in 4K, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have separate audio files and some B-roll, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to provide more families with food and financial education!

As a video editor, you know better than anyone how important and impactful video can be! We have such wonderful stories from people, but being able to play a video at a fundraiser or to explain our program is incredibly impactful.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
