What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We need 2 videos (one 59 seconds, and a longer version about 3 minutes) that highlights some pre- and post-interviews we did with a group of boys who recently did our rite of passage adventure weekend. This is marketing / promotional / social media content to sell our intervention to the community based on collected footage and interviews.

What we have in place
  • We currently have All of the footage in a dropbox folder, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff availability and past project videos, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to fund our next rite of passage adventure weekend .

The work we do with boys is amazing and critical, and our number one strategic issue is that we need to get our story out to our community more. We are in the business of saving-lives, and when we tell our story well, we get more referrals for boys who are in desperate need of help.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
