We are currently looking for a medical recruiter who can help us to recruit doctors and nurses that could donate consultations to their community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Develop a medical recruitment strategy.
* Reach volunteer doctors that want to help their communities.
* Secure commitments of participation from doctors/health care providers.
* Monitor the progress of recruitment and evaluate the selected methods.

What we have in place
  • We currently have mobile application and website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have social media channels and blog, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,765 , allowing us to to have a positive impact on the life of 11 million undocumented immigrants

Our goal is creating an easy way for doctors to help their communities. We want to become the "Doctors Without Borders" of the Telehealth world, but targeting our own communities (that also need help!). Reaching doctors and explain our goal is key.

  • Volunteer Manager prepares a draft job description for the role they’d like to focus on

Step 1: Discussion of Open Role
  • Volunteer Manager introduces Professional to organization and open role, including the history of this position within the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager explains the Organization’s hiring process to the Professional
  • Professional gathers information about the role to assist in job description and interview rubric creation

Step 2: Analysis & Recommendations
  • Professional presents a draft of the job description and sample interview questions
  • Professional asks follow-up questions to help as they source future candidates
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional

Step 3: Final Deliverables
  • Professional delivers interview rubric for the position
  • Professional delivers final copy of job description and interview questions
  • Professional presents a short list of potential candidates the Organization could reach out to in order to kickstart their hiring process
  • Professional shares list of recruitment platforms and networking groups in which the role could be posted or shared

What we do

Because of Covid-19, we have developed a telehealth mobile application that refugees and undocumented immigrants can use to reach doctors that want to help their communities, with total confidentiality while paying pre-negotiated very affordable rates.

Our plan consists of launching our mobile application in the Latino American community of the NY metropolitan area. But our goal is to serve ALL communities in need across the United States, and maybe the World!

Now more than ever, essential workers are making it possible for Americans to stay safe at home now during COVID-19. Many undocumented workers comprise this essential frontline workforce but they have challenges accessing healthcare. They need your help!
