What we need
- Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
- Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details
1. Creation of employee portal on the main website www.ciljacksonville.org. The employee portal can have a dashboard with pinned pages, important files, upcoming events, upcoming training, and links to external employee pages and resources.
2. Accessibility Compliance Review: Ensuring the website is 508 compliant.
3.Creation of an additional resource page for Deaf consumers. Consumers will access updates and informational videos.
What we have in place
- We currently have a website and a few members on our time make changes to it. It is understandable that all projects requested may not be completed by one volunteer. We welcome any support in any area.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to invest in other services and support of our consumers.
This will make our website a more functional portion of our agency. We can drive more traffic to the website, from both consumers and employees. This will also charge us with having to make frequent updates to keep the overall site exciting and accessible to all we serve.
