What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We need to update our dated employee handbook. Would like help with the update. We are non-profit with 3 paid staff positions, one of which is the director. Basic policies + possbly benefits and comp
What we have in place
- We currently have an employee handbook with personnel policies that requires revision.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to use it to recruit additional volunteer mediators which in turn will allow us to increase the number of clients we serve within the community. Note: the savings amount is an estimate.
It will help ensure that all employees working for the organization understand the organization's values, mission, goals, objectives and their rights and responsibilities. Doing so will help ensure our clients receive superior customer service.
