What We Need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)

Hello! We are looking for a creative cover for a "zine" style program to be included with a fundraising project we are working on. We are only looking for assistance designing the single cover graphic for now. Themes we hope to encompass are self-care and wellness. The program will include information about RxP, an explanation of the items inside the box, and sponsorship ads. I would also like to include some helpful tips for mindfulness & wellness. The programs will be small, roughly 4.5" x 6".

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have branding guidelines, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a detailed sponsorship packet, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to spend much needed funds on programming and medications for individuals in need!

With this program we hope to create a collateral piece that is engaging and meaningful! We are hoping to expand our reach of awareness and raise funds in the process to help us in our work toward improved medication access for those in need across the state of Virginia.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
