What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details

We are looking to increase our presence and awareness on social media. We want to post to FB and IG.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an account with Buffer, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have lots of good images and ideas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to put these funds into our projects and supplies for the health education and malnutrition.

We feel that it is important to create awareness around the issues of the community we serve, as well as demonstrating accountability to fundraising and increasing supporters/followers.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
