What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future

I am looking for help creating a social media content calendar for our facebook and twitter pages for a 2 week digital campaign that will launch on 4/29 and run through 5/14.

What we have in place
  • Our campaign committee will provide detailed information about focus/theme/tone for posts as well as provide photos/graphics. We are seeking help with writing the captions and overall guidance with effective strategies for a digital fundraising campaign.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to serve meals to 4,000 people!

My Brother's Table does not accept any govt funding -- so fundraisers are a large part of how we raise our budget every year. With COIVD restrictions still in place, we are not able to host live events. Especially now Social Media is an extremely important platform for us to stay connected with our supporters and donors.

  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
