Weare looking for someone who can look at our currently program, outcomes and impact and make recommendations to make it stronger and better.

What we have in place
  • We currently have all the impact from the past, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a plan in place, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to focus on providing new programs to partners.

We are looking to expand and grow but we know evaluation is extremely important and we want to make sure we are measuring this.

  • Professional meets with the Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session
  • Professional analyzes current programs and services
  • Professional gathers information about the impact of those programs and services and any known problem areas

Milestone 2: Recommendations
  • Professional assesses the effectiveness of current programs and services
  • Professional recommends ways to improve upon services and to allocate resources to strengthen the programs
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional's proposals
