What we need
  • Ongoing web development support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: website maintenance, updates or improvements
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.

We are needing help setting up/ restructuring our entire organization's main website.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an onboarding process, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a development manager, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,757 , allowing us to put that money towards our patient services, such as providing medical check ups, teeth cleanings, patient medication, and more.

Due to COVID-19 we had to pause some of our services. As time has gone on and COVID-19 numbers have decreased, we are beginning to offer more services again. We are needing to make sure our website is up to date so our patients and community know what we currently can and cannot do.

  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks
