Project details

What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We just completed a rebranding, courtesy of Catchafire, and I have a new logo and new stylebook with new colors and fonts. We have a CRM website which employs templates for design hosted by Club Express and meant for use by member organizations. It was created over 10 years ago and is a terrible look for us. I don't need content -- just need to apply our new look/colors/logo to one of the newer templates for a fresh design. I am hoping there is a bit of customization allowed for fonts/pics.

What we have in place
  • As Executive Director, I am available 24/7 for connection through text/email/phone. I will provide full admin access to our platform. I do not need any text or content matter -- it is just design/layout to refresh our website, reflect our new visual branding guidelines which amount to new logo, colors & font. I have complete files and a style guide prepared by the agency who just completed the work. There are templates to "apply" our existing content to & hopefully customization allowed.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to subsidize memberships for the low income seniors that desperately need help in the urban center of Buffalo. We have a membership fee of $10/month and often people are unable to pay that.

We are a small non-profit who does important work helping seniors in a diverse community in Buffalo, NY to age in place and be able to live life with grace and dignity. Often our seniors have no family support as they age, are low-income, are faced with social isolation and no transportation. We fill those needs and help people navigate the injustices that elders face when short of money and dignity in their final chapter. Our website is often the first stop to hear our story and it is horrible.
