What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details

We are looking for support on a business plan for Ummah Farm, a project of CCFSC. The business plan needed is for a project to develop a halal meat processing facility and supply halal slaughtered meat to surrounding communities.

We do not have a complete business plan and will need support completing it.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a folder of resources about the business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a group of stakeholders who have met to discuss this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to spend more resources on completing the construction of the facility and begin using it to distribute halal meat to our community.

This project will help Ummah Farm move forward in developing their halal meat processing facility. There has been a lot of work planning the facility but developing a clear business plan will help us move this work forward more effectively.
