What we need
  • A detailed, unbiased audit of the Organization's culture including current strengths and areas of improvement
  • Actionable steps to promote team happiness and productivity

Every year we conduct an annual survey on workplace culture. In addition, we also use surveys to evaluate employee's needs and questions.

What we have in place
  • We currently have dogs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have cats, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,823 , allowing us to provide support to our staff so that they can continue to provide every animal exceptional care.

  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session and agree on best method to conduct assessment

The SPCA of Texas is dedicated to providing every animal exceptional care and a loving home.

What we do

The SPCA of Texas (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Texas) is the leading animal welfare agency in North Texas with two shelters and three spay/neuter clinics located in Dallas and McKinney, and serves as an active resource center providing an array of programs and services that bring people and animals together to enrich each others' lives.

A comprehensive animal welfare agency, the SPCA of Texas is not affiliated with any other entity and does not receive general operating funds from the City of Dallas, State of Texas, federal government, or any other humane organization.
