What we need
- Training goals for a specific population (volunteers, staff, program participants, etc.)
- Advice on what training methods the Organization should pursue to meet its goals (webinars, lectures, print materials, etc.)
- Suggestions for curriculum design, creative messaging, call to actions, methods and timeline
- Budget for implementation (taking the Organization’s resource constraints into consideration)
- A written document that summarizes objectives, strategies and actions steps

Help us build a training of trainers program to expand our program into more communities around the world.
What we have in place
- We are looking for someone to help develop a training of trainers program for our organization. We are looking to train matriculating students as well as mentors to teach the program they have passed. By doing this, our program can grow exponentially from a grassroots level.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,000 , allowing us to Expand our program to countless more students
We need a streamlined, repeatable program for our future trainers to go through.

Our program is designed to help under-resourced young people develop their creativity, technical skills, and self-confidence, while also providing them with a sense of purpose and the competencies they need to shape their own lives and contribute to the lives of others.
We believe all young people have extraordinary potential.
