  • Well-written and compelling copy for marketing or communication materials; examples include a brochure, blog post, one-pager/fact sheet, fundraising/promotional materials
  • Messaging that is consistent with brand identity, public relations strategy and communications objectives

This year one of our organizational goals is to increase visibility. We are working with a PR Coach to help create a Communications & Media Relations Strategy. We need someone who can look at our work and help the Communications Manager come up with topics/themes and then assist in the writing of social media ads, articles, blog posts etc. to submit. This would be an ongoing project and would REALLY help us!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a PR volunteer as well as myself, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have so much writing content and examples, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to reach more children in need.

This project is incredibly important because, as a team of only 3 in the U.S., we do not have enough time in the day to write articles and blogs and social media Ads that we know will be successful. We have one dedicated Communications person and this project will push our goal of increased visibility forward, instead of us letting it pile up on our plates and never get done.

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of copywriting deliverables, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing

  • Professional shares first drafts of copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length
