What We Need

An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format

Additional Details

I created an organizational one-pager about a year ago and would like advice on updating it.

What We Have In Place

We currently have our branding guide and updated data on services provided, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have last year's one-pager, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

How This Will Help

This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to highlight the key insights our data reveals so they can be easily understood by different audiences.

Sharing a visual snapshot of the services we offer and the individuals we serve is one of the most effective ways of showing our supporters why their involvement is critical to our success in reaching those who need us most.

More than 80% of the families we serve are below the federal poverty level, and as the demand for our services continues to rise, we want our supporters to understand why we count on their support now more than ever.

Project Plan

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials

Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching

Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation

Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables

Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)
