We want to make sure our hiring practices are equitable and attract a diverse pool of candidates.

How this will help
This project will save us $3,836 , allowing us to provide a week of food to nearly 100 families.
We want to expand our team but are struggling to attract a diverse pool of candidates that have the skills we need. We are also struggling to describe the unique role we are looking to hire.
