What we need

Our organization need different graphics but no one is trained in doing this so anyone who is able to do graphic design so we can place graphics on our website and social media accounts so our organization can look more professional

What we have in place
  • We currently have our own logo and a few graphics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ideas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to pay rent and utilites for our home since most of our residents have a hard time coming up with their payments when they first arrive

It helps the website and social medial platforms look more professional

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
