Visual Brand Guide
Visual Brand Guide
Project details
What we need
- Visual branding guidelines/style guide in .pdf and/or print format that includes specific colors, primary and secondary typefaces, minimum size and buffer space for logo, examples of incorrect logo usage, and any other graphic design elements, to guide use in print and digital communications materials
Additional details
Macomb Community Action is looking for a visual brand guideline that can incorporate our various departments in a cohesive, coherent way. We are looking for colors, typography, departmental markers or flags of some kind (to differentiate programs from one another, but still signify their presence as part of a larger collective), and some narrative ideas. Our logo and website cannot change, but all other details are on the table!
What we have in place
- We currently have a logo, website, and programmatic detailing, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some experience with graphic design and marketing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to put these dollars to good use providing resources and educational materials to those who could benefit from our wide variety of services, which are especially in demand during the COVID era.
Macomb Community Action is a part of the Macomb County government in Southeast Michigan. We serve a wide demographic range with the mission of persistent action to diminish poverty and promote independence. With better branding, we could make a larger, clearer impact online and in-person to reach more folks facing a housing crisis, seniors facing isolation and nutritional deficiencies, children requiring early education, those facing food insecurity, and more.

Testimonials
Wow! I cannot praise Taryn enough for all his excellent work on our visual brand guide! He was extremely quick to produce colors and fonts from the start so we could have an idea of how things could look moving forward. He delivered wonderful icons, layouts, and project mock-ups so we could see his vision in action. When we had to make tweaks or changes, Taryn made adjustments quickly and with absolute professionalism. His final visual brand guide is so utterly complete and well written that following his suggestions in future will be a delight. I am so thrilled by the final product and would gladly work with Taryn in future. Thank you Taryn!
