What we need
  • Analysis of the current process and creation of a current state map
  • A document outlining potential goals of process improvement

Evaluate our independent contractor engagement, pay structure and "onboarding" processes, including analyzing proper classification, work flow, and decision making for when we add new independent contractors. Develop processes around equitable pay ranges and review our MOU (agreement). We also want to expand our reach to new individuals who have the skill set we desire in terms of providing training and technical assistance to our stakeholders.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft procedure, background check process and an MOU, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have strong understanding what's needed to develop parameters, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to invest in programs, technologies and facilities.

We want to be more consistent and provide better guidance to staff when engaging new consultants. We want to ensure we follow recommended guidelines and applicable laws. We want to develop relationships with a pool of consultants that will help them understand and promote our programs, deliverables and organizational values.
