What we'd like to talk about
I'd like strategic advice on developing a marketing plan to promote our art classes and events to community members both on and off social media.
Additional context
We are a small non-profit with a very limited marketing budget and very limited time to do marketing. As the Director, I am also the only full-time employee and marketing is just one more thing on my to-do list. Returns from social media seem to be diminishing as of late and I'm feeling a bit stuck!
