We’re celebrating National Volunteer Month & the incredible 762,592 hours given by Catchafire volunteers! Nonprofits wanted to say thank you - watch the video!
We are not only in need of social media content calendar, but interested in a content-specific template on how to carry our engagement beyond the initial 4 weeks.
This project will help us carry out our intent to be in front of more people and potential donors to our organization. We go through seasons where we create great content but then lose focus because there is no plant continue.
Project Teacher exists to Equip Teachers to Empower Students so that together we can Change the Community. We operate the only teacher resource center in Kansas that distributes free school supplies and resources to teachers and classrooms in need year-round. Our mission is to ensure that every child is prepared to learn and succeed in the classroom by providing school supplies to students in need.
Our work helps to address the need for essential supplies in the classroom as well as supporting teachers and helping them to reduce personal spending. An overwhelming majority of Project Teacher educators teach in Title I schools where most, if not all, students receive free and reduced meals. These students often come from families that cannot afford to purchase classroom supplies, leaving teachers on their own to purchase even the most basic of supplies. Studies show that students who do not have adequate materials to learn are more likely to suffer from low self-esteem in the classroom, which leads to higher dropout rates. Project Teacher helps to eliminate this problem for even more schoolchildren by offering teachers the opportunity to receive items from our resource center.
