Additional details
I am coordinating the planning of our annual Leadership Team retreat, currently scheduled as a remote full-day meeting for Friday, April 9th. We want this retreat to serve the following goals:
1- Team bonding:
-Build on leadership team cohesion.
-Integrate a new Leadership Team member into the group. New role is the Chief Advancement Officer, who will be starting April 5.
2- Explore new project management practices to incorporate in the upcoming year.
3-Plan for major upcoming initiatives
What we have in place
- We currently have a dedicated project lead, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an engaged leadership team ready for this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,465 , allowing us to serve more community families
This support will allow for the development of a strong meeting agenda and a retreat where all team members can fully participate without having to wear multiple hats.

Our mission
Power of Two addresses intergenerational poverty and trauma at its root by using the Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-Up (ABC) model, an evidence-based, in-home, parenting program that promotes responsive parenting as a way to mitigate the negative effects of toxic stress in caregivers and children, creating a strong foundation for parents to build resilience and for children to thrive academically, physically and emotionally.
