We need a partnership proposal presentation to be created so that when we meet with potential organizational leaders about a merger or acquisition we put our unique value proposition out there and have the highest chance of a match for success!
FRIENDS FIRST is struggling with sustainability in a model we have had for many years (mostly government funding.) We need a new path and have support of our board members to pursue a potential merger or acquisition in order to continue our top-notch program, STARS Peer Mentoring for youth with another non-profit doing complementary work so we can share resources, infrastructure, and especially staffing dedicated to development/fundraising.
Ross was very flexible, helpful, and open to any and all feedback. I appreciated his thoughtfulness, skill in preparing the presentation, and the additional bonus he provided without even being asked...he created a slide deck about how to prepare excellent presentations. He based it off of real-time research. This showed me he was really engaged and cared about me, my organization, and our future. I highly recommend Ross!
