What we have in place
- We currently have logos for our organization and our INTERRUPT RACISM campaign, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a Hootsuite account to support cross-platform posts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to invest those funds instead in community-facing DEIJ training materials.
We are looking to increase our digital engagement, particularly on Twitter and LinkedIn, and we would like to build out branded templates for engaging posts to support our marketing team of 1 in reaching these audiences. In reaching a broader audience in the Rochester area, we can garner more donations and members to support the work of our diverse civil rights and human services programs.

Our mission
The mission of the Urban League of Rochester, NY, is to enable African-Americans, Latinos, the poor, and other disadvantaged to secure economic self-reliance, parity and power, and civil rights.
Our four-pronged strategy for pursuing this mission is:
Ensuring that our children are well-educated and equipped for economic self-reliance in the 21st century;
Helping adults attain economic self-sufficiency through good jobs, homeownership, entrepreneurship, and wealth accumulation;
Ensuring our civil rights by eradicating all barriers to equal participation in the economic and social mainstream of America and;
Ensuring that our staff are provided the tools to educate, advocate, and fulfill the mission.
