What we need

As a small nonprofit group, we look to expand our network of donors, acquire a greater knowledge of eligible grants, and explore new avenues for increased financial resources.

We need:

  • A thorough analysis of our current fundraising strategy and tactics
  • Clear fundraising targets for the next 2-4 years, tied to our operating budget and program goals
  • Strategic planning around which tactics we should pursue (e.g., grants, crowdfunding, e-giving, direct mail, events, and galas), and audiences we wish to target (e.g., individual, major donor groups, foundations, corporations, or government)
  • Clear timelines to help us execute on the proposed tactics
What we have in place
  • We currently have funding received from grants, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some experience in soliciting funds from donors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,500 , allowing us to begin 1 new project that works with the local people to solve the issues they deem vital.

We are looking to expand our reach beyond Peru. Our only limitation is our fundraising capabilities and with greater financial resources we will be able to expand the number and scope of our projects around the globe.

Our mission

At Many Hands, we seek to improve infrastructure, health, employment, and civics around the globe through local collaboration and emphasis on the needs the community deems most important.

What we do

So far, we have used our skills and resources to work with the local community in the pueblos jovenes of Chiclayo, Peru to begin the long task of improving infrastructure, health, employment, and civics in the area. We have founded a community center in the pueblo joven square that, through collaboration with the government, serves as a daycare for local infants and weekly breakfast program. We also conducted an extensive social and economic census of the towns population to better understand the issues plaguing the community. We are now looking to use these experiences and apply our fundamental formula toward development work in different areas around the globe.
