Facilitated Strategy Session
Project details
What we need
- Expert third party advice on process or managerial changes, geographic or programmatic expansion, potential pivots, or general strategic planning
- Facilitation of an intensive, one-day strategic planning session with staff and/or Board
- Note: If necessary, a follow-up strategic planning session may be scheduled
Additional details
Established in 2005, Scottsville's Center for the Arts and Nature (SCAN) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to celebrate, develop and deepen our community's knowledge of the Performing and Visual Arts in collaboration with our local landscape and ecological practices. SCAN is currently run by a volunteer Board and volunteer artists with revenue generated from class fees. We are looking for help in developing a strategic fundraising plan to improve our sustainability for the long-term.
What we have in place
- We currently have successful grant applications that describe our goals,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a committed Board of Directors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,465 , allowing us to develop a professional fundraising strategy that we would other wise not be able to pay for.
SCAN has operated on a budget of less than $24,000 for the fiscal year of 2020. While we are currently small, our vision is mighty. Our goal is to become a hub for the arts by creating programs that celebrate the intersection of the arts and the natural environment. Diversifying and expanding SCAN's funding strategies will be critical to achieving our goals. Please review our website at https://www.svilleartsandnature.org/
