What We Need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a marketing professional covering topics like marketing channels, messaging, branding and target audiences
  • A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy
  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts
Additional Details

Our organization is in a marketing rut. We are having trouble with recruitment and would like to refocus our marketing efforts to bolster our membership and reach a more diverse audience.

What We Have In Place
  • We have some current marketing strategies, and sometimes it feels like a shot in the dark. We are looking for help to make sure we are reaching the right market and are putting our money in the right direction. We are working on our social media presence, and need some new strategies to reach potential chorus members. We are a long-standing organization in Tucson, but need help getting the word out about our program to families. We have a marketing plan, it needs refinement from an expert.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to re-invest into our chorister assistance program. Every dollar saved goes directly to a chorister. We never turn anyone away due to finance.

We have seen a decline in membership numbers. We want people to know we are an option for their son, and we would like to see our membership grow. Our program offers much more than music instruction. While that is at the core of what we do, boys will develop musical, social, and leadership skills. Our alumni often mention how important the Chorus was to their development into adulthood. We need help getting the word out to more families and gaining new members.
