Project Details

What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details

We are looking to update our policies and would like to start with a policy on policies, schedule for ongoing review, and template for uniform policies. We need someone who could review our current handbook and develop a template for updating.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have an employee handbook and existing policies, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have dedicated staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to provide additional resources to Michigan communities regarding underage drinking and substance misuse.

Our organization is currently working on strategic planning and updating our policies as we look to expand the organization. With these policies and procedures in order, we can take on additional projects, hire more staff, and reach more communities to prevent substance misuse.
