Develop an Operations Handbook

What we have in place
  • We currently have a job description for the Director of Operations, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have International Neighbors policies document, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to meet more of the need of our wonderful clients and pay more in salary for our hardworking staff.

The Operations handbook is important for IN to set clear expectations for our employees in this role. The handbook will state the employee legal obligations and his/her rights. The Operation employee handbook will also help protect our organization against lawsuits and claims. The handbook will also be a crucial introduction to the organization, providing insights to understand our mission, values, key policies and what they can expect from the Executive Director and the Board members.
