Project details

What we need
  • A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
What we have in place
  • We currently have raw data on membership from several years, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have annual fund raw data to compare against membership, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to continue offering a unique guest experience for visitors to the Roycroft Campus.

While our annual fund has been growing over the past few years, our membership has been slowly and steadily decreasing. We need help understanding why this might be happening and low-cost ideas on how to grow the membership program. By providing unrestricted revenue, membership is integral to the sustainability and growth of the Roycroft Campus.
